I have been a patient of Dr. Heith's for almost a decade now, and she has been a fantastic primary care doctor. The entire practice is warm and inviting, the front office staff are helpful and kind, and the waiting room only shows cooking shows. I especially appreciate the care the practice takes towards the WHOLE well being of patients, which is evident through their wellness programming. As mentioned in other reviews, they also have the greatest phlebotomist in the world on staff- Judith.

The team of Dr. Helen Kaulbach and Sarah provide outstanding, comprehensive care for my diabetes. Dr. Kaulbach is thorough to the nth degree, and I am proud to have her in my corner. Susan C.

I have been seeing two doctors at this practice for 12+ years and could not be more satisfied with my care by both. Both doctors are caring individuals who treat you as a person, and not a number. The icing on the cake is that the phlebotomist who runs the lab is superior to any phlebotomist I’ve had across many offices/hospitals. I don’t know how she does it!

Dr. Ge, Is a conscientious, caring, responsive, professional doctor who has always made time for me when I have been in a crisis. Best doctor I have ever had.

I saw Susan today for my painful right leg and she asked all the right questions I was hoping she would. I also asked her a lot of questions and I was pleased with her responses. I will get an XRay and she prescribed Physical Therapy. I told her that I had thought of switching to other NSPG doctors at the Rowley location b/c it’s only 2.5 miles from where I live but the remarkable attention she gave today changed my mind and will continue to have them as my Dr.’s/PA/NP. Thumbs up on Susan Wilfahrt.

I have been coming here since I moved to the North Shore 5 years ago. Whenever I need an appointment, they get me in. I have had a few nurse practitioners see me over the years and I have no complains. My doctor is amazing and very responsive through the online portal. I have nothing but good things to say about my care here.

I just had my yearly check up with Dr. Murgia and he was so pleasant and informative. He gave me great advice. I look forward to seeing him next year for my yearly visit.

Our doctor Dr. Shalhoub and Cathy his assistant have been very caring to us. Jessica the scheduling receptionist we met today is also very professional.

Love seeing Dr. Heith! Very kind and compassionate. It's hard to find a doctor who actually listens, and Dr. Heith is wonderful! Staff is professional and very pleasant to deal with. On site lab is definitely a plus!
